Position: HR Executive
Location: Thiruvottiyur,Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and participate in interview panels.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Benefits Administration:
- Support employees with benefits enrollment and address benefit-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with external providers to ensure efficient benefits administration.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Track employee training progress and provide support for development initiatives.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Policy Implementation:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities.
- Coordination with Departments:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and challenges.
- Ensure HR processes align with organizational goals.
- Compliance:
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR practices are in compliance with legal requirements.
- Event Planning:
- Organize and coordinate employee events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must Work in Lift Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
