Position: Tele Marketing Executive – Female
Location: Ambattur & Thiruvottiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
- Introduce the product or service and highlight its features and benefits.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- Gather relevant information about potential customers and update the CRM system.
- Product/Service Knowledge:
- Have a deep understanding of the product or service being offered to effectively communicate its value to customers.
- Pitching and Presentation:
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers.
- Adjust pitch and communication style based on the needs and preferences of the prospect.
- Handling Objections:
- Address customer concerns and objections to overcome resistance and increase the likelihood of a sale.
- Closing Sales:
- Work towards closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Implement effective closing techniques to encourage a positive response from the customer.
- Follow-Up:
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and convert potential customers into clients.
- Keep track of customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Customer Feedback:
- Gather feedback from customers regarding the product or service.
- Relay feedback to the appropriate departments within the organization.
- Achieving Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and challenges to the management.
- Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:
- Follow pre-established scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in messaging.
- Customize scripts as needed based on customer responses.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Professionalism:
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues, sales teams, and other departments as needed to achieve overall organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree Or Diploma.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil/English/Telugu)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
