Position: Tele Marketing Executive – Female

Location: Ambattur & Thiruvottiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
    • Introduce the product or service and highlight its features and benefits.
  2. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
    • Gather relevant information about potential customers and update the CRM system.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge:
    • Have a deep understanding of the product or service being offered to effectively communicate its value to customers.
  4. Pitching and Presentation:
    • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers.
    • Adjust pitch and communication style based on the needs and preferences of the prospect.
  5. Handling Objections:
    • Address customer concerns and objections to overcome resistance and increase the likelihood of a sale.
  6. Closing Sales:
    • Work towards closing deals and achieving sales targets.
    • Implement effective closing techniques to encourage a positive response from the customer.
  7. Follow-Up:
    • Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and convert potential customers into clients.
    • Keep track of customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
  8. Customer Feedback:
    • Gather feedback from customers regarding the product or service.
    • Relay feedback to the appropriate departments within the organization.
  9. Achieving Targets:
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
    • Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  10. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and challenges to the management.
  11. Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:
    • Follow pre-established scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in messaging.
    • Customize scripts as needed based on customer responses.
  12. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Professionalism:
    • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
    • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
  14. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with colleagues, sales teams, and other departments as needed to achieve overall organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree Or Diploma.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil/English/Telugu)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
